 Information:

Members Accepted: Ages 5-12

Hours of Operation: Before School Program          7:00-8:15 AM
                                After School Program              3:00-6:00 PM

Boys & Girls Clubs of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County follows the Rockingham County School’s policy and procedures concerning Inclement Weather Closures.

Membership Fee: A $15.00 Membership Fee is to be submitted along with the application. Your child will not be considered a member and allowed attendance until the fee is paid.

First Weekly Fee Payment: Payment for the first week of attendance is to be submitted along with the application.  Your child will not be able to attend unless the weekly fee has been pre-paid for our services.

Fees: 
            AM (Before school) Program:  $4.00 per morning per child, discount for those qualifying for Free and Reduced Lunches 
            PM (After school) Program:  $20.00 per week per Child
                                       

Payments:  Weekly Fees are to be Pre-Paid each week!  All payments are due each Friday for the upcoming week. If pre-payment is NOT made then your child will be unable to attend the club until payment is made.

Daily Programs: Boys & Girls Club offers Power Hour/Homework Time; Sports, Fitness, & Recreation; Fine Arts; Technology; Character & Leadership; and Health & Life Skills

Applications: A COMPLETED application must be submitted prior to your child’s first day of attendance along with the Membership Fee and First Weekly Payment in order for your child to attend. We will also need a copy of your child’s Physical and Immunization record for our files.  If your child attends PES we can obtain this from the school office.

Parent Orientations: ALL parents must meet with the Unit Program Director for a mandatory parent orientation. This is a requirement as part of your child’s membership with the organization.  Please contact the Director to set up a meeting.
